The 2011 Combined Fund Drive (CFD) Campaign came through layoffs, budget cuts, and a slow economy with elasticity to change. Though the campaign totals are projected to be over $5.2 million, $400,000 less than last  year’s total, some other state campaigns are reporting 50% less collections this year over last.
